Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Country of origin - Singapore
Please note that all orders are shipped out as we do not offer physical collection services. If time is of an issue, do let us know and we may arrange for express shipping.

For domestic orders

We offer tracked mail (3–5 business days) on all domestic orders (no minimum order total).

For international orders

Zone 1 (Malaysia, Brunei):

For orders below SGD 120, shipping fees are a flat-rate of
SGD 9.30 for standard shipping 
SGD 32 for expedited shipping

Zone 2 (Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Laos, Maldives, Myanmar (Burma), Oman, Pakistan, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam):

For orders below SGD 120, shipping fees are a flat-rate of

SGD 16.10 for standard shipping 

SGD 40 for expedited shipping

Rest of the world:

For orders below SGD 120, shipping fees are a flat-rate of

SGD 35.10 for standard shipping 

SGD 75 for expedited shipping

To find out if we ship to your country, scroll down to the bottom of our homepage and click on the flag icon. If your country is listed in the drop-down menu, you can select it to view the site in your currency. If your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet (but hope to in the future). If the flag icon is not appearing, we recommend checking to make sure you are using Google Chrome as your browser.

Return & Exchange Policy


Eligibility
To be eligible, your item must be in the condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lucciajewellery@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may rectify the issue.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns regarding your refund.

Sales items and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
