Founder's note
I founded Luccia to provide sustainable demi-fine jewellery with reimagined aesthetics. As consumers, we have contributed to the wastage caused by consuming low-quality jewellery that were easily tarnished and unwearable after one or two uses. The disposable nature of "fast fashion" jewellery did not sit well with me as I grow to be aware of my irresponsible consumption.
Every piece within our collection is not only a manifestation of my passion for timeless elegance but also a reflection of the inspiration drawn from my loved ones and daily experiences. Crafting each design is a personal journey, and I pour a piece of my heart into every creation.
Every creation is meticulously crafted from recycled metals, a testament to our dedication to reducing our environmental footprint. We weave sustainability into our designs, allowing you to wear not just a piece of jewelry, but a conscious choice for a better planet.

OUR MATERIALS

Why do we use sterling silver as our base metal?
We use 925 sterling silver as the base metal in all our jewelry which itself is a highly enduring precious metal. Sterling silver is hypoallergenic too making it perfect for everyday wear and safe for everyone.

Why thick micron plating?
We plate our jewelry pieces at least 1 - 2.5 micron. Our current pieces are plated at 2.5 microns. Compared to flash plating (0.175 micron), 2.5 microns thick 18K gold plating is more durable and long lasting. This helps the jewelry to be more tarnish resistance as it prevents oxidation from occurring on the surface of the jewelry,
Why recycled metals?
Precious used in our metals such as gold can be found in everyday items such as electronics. It is common occurrence to see such everyday items throw into the landfill. We want to give recycled metals a second life without compromising on the quality of our jewelry. Therefore, by choosing to work exclusively with recycled metals, we help to reduce wastage of such precious metals!
